How to run the client software
In order that you can evaluate GRIA and the ideas behind it quickly, IT Innovation has set up demonstration systems with the basic application services and service provider management packages installed. In this tutorial we will use the GRIA client software to access these services.

The easiest way to access a GRIA services is with GRIA Client software. It can be downloaded from the downloads page and does not require installation.
To run GRIA Client:
- Make sure you have Java 1.5.0 or later installed (run java -version in the command line if you are not sure).
- Unpack downloaded archive in a folder on you computer.
- Inside that folder double click on gridcli.bat (Windows) or run gridcli script (Linux, Mac).
If you have any problems with this, please look at the Client User Guide.
You are now ready to use GRIA.
